Manufacturers and formulators speak different languages (not literally, but professionally it can feel that way). Project Management bridges the gap between your carefully developed formula and the realities of commercial production. I liaise directly with your manufacturer, troubleshoot scale-up challenges, and coordinate production so your formula survives the transition from lab to factory. Simple projects from $600, complex projects quoted individually. You engage and contract your own manufacturer (I don’t source them for you), but once production starts, I’m the person keeping things on track.
