Stability testing is how you prove your product stays safe and effective over its intended shelf life (and honestly, it should be the thing you plan for first, not tack on at the end). This service covers a complete accelerated stability testing program for one product.
I’ll design the stability protocol based on your product type, packaging, and target markets, then conduct testing at controlled temperature and humidity conditions over the accelerated study period. Testing includes physical assessment (appearance, colour, odour, texture, viscosity, pH), and packaging compatibility checks.
You’ll receive a complete stability report at the end with all results, trend analysis, and my professional assessment of the product’s suitability for market.
$1,800 AUD per product. Microbiological testing (challenge testing / preservative efficacy testing) is not included and should be arranged separately with an accredited lab (I can recommend labs if needed). Chemical assay testing for specific actives can be discussed as an add-on.
I conduct physical stability testing on your product to generate data that supports shelf-life claims. This is bench-level testing conducted in our facility. Microbial testing is outsourced to an external laboratory and quoted separately.
